Shipping & Delivery

We ship both domestically and internationally via UPS, FedEx and US Postal Service, depending on the items and destination. Delivery schedules vary depending on product and availability. US Postal Service Priority Mail shipping: typically 2-4 business days however this is not guaranteed and please remember this is travel time only, we still need time to make your custom/personalized product.

  • Clearance products – 1-2 days
  • Custom bedding – 2-4 weeks
  • Sledén product – 2 -3 days * in stock
  • Garhauer – 1-2 weeks * step ladder 4-6 weeks
  • Cockpit items – 2-3 days *in stock
  • Sails – 4-6 weeks
  • Navpod – 2-4 weeks
  • Interior/cockpit cushions – 4-8 weeks
  • Personalized mats – 2 – 4 week
  • Canada: Most shipments to Canada are via US Postal Service.
  • International Shipping: We use the U.S. Postal Service to ship internationally. Also, please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes, as we cannot determine what those charges will be in advance of shipment. Please contact your local customs or post office for this information.

Returns & Replacements

Soft Goods:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Catalina Yachts Store will accept an exchange or return of your order within 30 days from the date you receive the shipment. Please include original tags (still attached), the original receipt and a written explanation of return with your return or exchange. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. The returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging to receive a refund. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.

We are unable to refund any shipping or handling charges and all returns may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.For your own protection, send returns (whether for refund or exchange) by UPS, Federal Express, or U.S. Mail with tracking/delivery confirmation.

Seldén Products:

Returns must be made within 45 days of original ship date and a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
