Returns & Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items. This includes, but is not limited to: Clothing, Caps, Mats, Sails, Glassware, Cushions, Sheets and Mattress Pads.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of non-customized product, Catalina Yachts Store will accept an exchange or return of your order within 30 days from the date you receive the shipment. Please include original tags (still attached), the original receipt and a written explanation of return with your return or exchange. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. The returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging to receive a refund. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
For your own protection, send returns (whether for refund or exchange) by UPS, Federal Express, or U.S. Mail with tracking/delivery confirmation.
Once received, be sure to inspect your product immediately to ensure everything is intact and free from any Shipping damage.
Instructions for Damaged Product: Contact me at the email address below and include pictures of the damaged product within 24 hours . Be sure to keep all original packaging for the return claim process
