Freight Policy — Mast Length
To qualify for standard freight rates, the maximum packaged mast length must not exceed 25 feet. Accordingly, masts will be manufactured in two sections with a field splice unless otherwise requested. The splice is completed prior to shipment to meet freight limitations and shipping requirements.

Field splices are standard practice for all rigs in the United States and represent the strongest point of the rig. Field reassembly is required and is the responsibility of the customer. Shipment of a spliced mast allows for delivery and unloading without the use of a forklift or loading dock.

Customers who elect to purchase a one-piece mast acknowledge that freight costs may be up to three times higher and agree to assume all additional shipping and handling expenses.

Sales & Installation Policy
All sales are final. The customer is solely responsible for installation of the mast and all associated components. No responsibility is assumed by the seller for installation, assembly, or related labor.
